Joe Sheridan graduated from Niagara University with Psychology and Economics degrees. Upon graduation, Joe served in the Army's 101st Airborne Division as a Cobra Helicopter Gunship Pilot. Flying over 500 combat missions in Vietnam, he earned the distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star and two Air Medals with Valor.

After serving, Joe became the Assistant Basketball Coach and Athletic Director of Elmira University in New York. After coaching for two years, he became a Converse Sales rep and within four years became Converse's National Sales Manager.

After Converse, Joe started his own Independent Sales Agency, quickly accumulating over $5 Million in sales. His agency's success inspired him to create the sports industry's only pure independent sales agent recruiting service.

Joe has now worked with over 325 sports, apparel and ath-leisure manufacturers, and the list keeps on getting bigger every year.
